In the Greek and Roman world, Bacchanalia were festivals linked to the Dionysian mysteries in honor of the god Bacchus or Dionysus (deity of the vine and wine). The priestesses organizing these ceremonies were called Bacchantes. The exhibition was a way to highlight the work of female artists and craftswomen. Shortly after the Covid epidemic, this exhibition was an ode to the free expression of bodies, to celebration and to dance.

In classical antiquity, the Cornucopia (from the Latin cornu « horn » and copia « abundance »), was a symbol of abundance of food and wealth. The invitation designed with Laurie Giraud came in the form of an envelope filled with small cards, illustrations and texts about the exhibition. We developed a rich collection of images as a starting point, as if to create a map of visual evocation of the theme of the exhibition. Typography: Garamon(d/t).
